Rick Siriratsivawong, M.D. is a multi-board certified physician specializing in pulmonary disease, internal medicine and pediatric care.

Dr. Siriratsivawong began his education at Columbia University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry in 2005. He attended medical school at SUNY Stony Brook University, simultaneously serving as a teacher’s assistant and honor code committee member. He also worked with pediatric patients at the University Hospital as part of the Childlife program SMILE (Simply Making It a Little Easier). In 2009, he obtained his Doctor of Medicine with Recognition in Research Degree.

In 2013, Dr. Siriratsivawong completed his residency and won the Stony Brook Pediatrics Resident Research award for his work in pediatric pulmonology. He studied the correlation of Cystic Fibrosis Disease severity markers among Stony Brook patients. He completed his Pulmonary Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2013. He’s been practicing as a physician at Inland Pulmonary Medical Group since 2015.

Dr. Siriratsivawong is a member of several medical organizations, including the American Thoracic Society, American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. When he’s not seeing patients or researching cardiovascular diseases, Dr. Siriratsivawong enjoys cooking, swimming and mentoring students interested in science and medicine.
