We accept most major insurance at our practice. Please call the office to speak with one of our knowledgeable staff members about individual coverage.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. All copays and deductibles are due at time of service.
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide a 24 hour notice. ( 72 hour notice for Sleep Studies ) Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accomodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment. No shows and cancellations not within time may be subject to fees.
